Job Description

**Join us with commission + allowances + bonus: RM8,000 – RM15,000++ achievable**
 

  • Drive B2B corporate sales growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business clients
     
  • Perform lead generation through market research, networking, cold outreach, and corporate prospecting
     
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, directors, procurement heads, and key decision-makers
     
  • Conduct professional product and solution presentations, both onsite and virtual
     
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle corporate sales documentation efficiently
     
  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and maximize revenue via upselling and cross-selling
     
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
     
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Principals, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
     
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to uncover new opportunities
     
  • Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, especially in Excel (pipeline tracking, sales forecast, performance review)
     
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client payments and after-sales support
     
  • Support sales booths, corporate roadshows, and awareness activities when needed
     
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
     
  • Fresh graduates welcome (structured training provided)
     
  • 1–3 years experience in corporate sales, business development, or client servicing is a bonus
     
  • Fluent Mandarin + English (spoken & able to read/write for business communication)
     
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
     
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
     
  • Able to work independently, proactive, and target-driven
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Google Drive)
     
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
     
  • Must have own transport
