Are you ready to get ahead in your career?<ul><li>We want to empower you to turn your ambitions into achievements.</li><li>We thrive in inclusiveness, diversity and embrace close collaborations for you to create impact for yourself and others.</li><li>Together, we aim to bring the best of technology to help people, businesses and the nation to be ahead in a changing world.</li><li>To realise our vision to become Malaysia’s leading converged solutions company, we are looking for a new talent to innovate and grow with us in a culture that values commitment, performance and possibilities.</li></ul>Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​Regional Fibre Sales Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement a regional sales plan aligned with national sales objectives and targets, adapting to local market conditions and customer needs.</li><li>Identify key growth opportunities within the region, including new residential developments and underserved areas, to expand fibre and broadband reach.</li><li>Track and analyze regional performance against sales targets, using data insights to adjust strategies as needed and ensure consistent progress.</li></ul>Team Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives, fostering a high-performance environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and address any challenges the team faces in meeting targets.</li><li>Identify and address skill gaps by partnering with the Sales Enablement team to coordinate training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.</li></ul>Fibre Customer Acquisition<ul><li>Drive customer acquisition within the region by ensuring that the Direct Sales team proactively engages with potential customers, including door-to-door, events, and targeted regional campaigns.</li><li>Oversee the rollout of new sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring the team is equipped with updated information and tools to enhance customer engagement.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the Channel Support &amp; Enablement team to ensure that field sales reps have all the necessary resources, including sales kits, promotional materials, and digital tools.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to align on localized campaigns and promotions, ensuring maximum impact in the region and brand consistency.</li><li>Coordinate with Performance Analytics to review regional sales data and derive insights that can improve sales effectiveness and address any identified gaps.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>Manage the regional fibre sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency while meeting revenue targets.</li><li>Monitor expenses related to sales activities, events, and promotional efforts, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.</li><li>Ensure that sales activities comply with all Maxis policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining a strong reputation for Maxis in the region.</li></ul>The success of the role is measured by:<ul><li>Fibre GA for own build fibre network (or known NGBB)</li><li>Agent Productivity</li><li>NGBB Penetration %</li><li>Acquisition Quality and survival rate over key internal milestone</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
