• Branded Channel Strategy & Planning
• Footprint Opitmisation and  Retail tenancies management
• Retail Insights, Funnel Management, Analytics and channel economics
• Defining Customer & Fronltine experience at Retail
• Development of Retail Technologies & automation
• Key Driver for Maxis Centre Operations, Productivity & Compliance
• Custodian for Retail Culture, Training & Development
• Ensure high standards of Retail Operations and service levels
• Key Deliveries in 2025/26 include transforming to ‘All-New-Retail’ Modernisation and lead the key chapters in terms of People and Tech
