Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital growth, integrate emerging technologies, and continuously optimize the end-to-end digital journey.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the digital journey for customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Drive initiatives to enhance the overall digital customer experience – providing an effortless experience for consumer, leveraging data-driven insights to identify and address pain points in the customer journey.</li><li>Drive capabilities building on digital platform, industrialize capabilities and provide a robust platform for new growth</li><li>Drive the integration of digital channels to provide customers seamless transitions between online and offline touchpoints.</li><li>Own growth through digital channels from acquisition, base management, engagement and retention.</li><li>Foster collaboration across divisions, working closely with Consumer Business (product owners), IT (developers), Sales &amp; Service (sales, customer service), and other relevant teams to integrate digital solutions and ensure a cohesive customer experience.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital space, evaluating their relevance and overseeing the integration of cutting-edge solutions to optimize digital channels.</li><li>Implement robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, utilizing data to make informed decisions and continuously improve the digital customer journey.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in a senior digital leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer experience principles, and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital strategies that drive business objectives.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Digital Technologies); advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
