The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept through to completion. This role ensures events run smoothly, meet objectives, and deliver exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.
<h2>🎯 Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute events: Manage all event details including venue, catering, entertainment, logistics, décor, AV requirements, and staffing. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Client liaison: Meet with clients to understand objectives and ensure events align with their goals and budgets. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Vendor management: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and service providers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Event budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Team coordination: Lead internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events. &nbsp;</li>
<li>On-site management: Oversee event set-up, execution, and tear-down, ensuring a smooth experience. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Marketing support: Collaborate on event promotions, invitations, and post-event follow-ups. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Post-event analysis: Evaluate event success and prepare reports with recommendations for future improvements. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>🔍 Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven experience managing corporate events, launches, conferences, or social functions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to multitask under pressure and solve problems on the spot. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. &nbsp;</li>
