We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, from concept to completion. You’ll support our events team in creating memorable experiences for clients, guests, and partners.
<h3>🎯 Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and coordination of events (corporate, educational, community-based, etc.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support logistics, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and materials preparation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to event marketing efforts (e.g. social media, flyers, email campaigns) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Attend and assist during event execution (registration, guest management, troubleshooting) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help with post-event follow-up (surveys, thank-you emails, performance reports) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain event checklists, timelines, and documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Research new event ideas, venues, and suppliers &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support budgeting, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
