Support Melvin Tang &amp; Associates, a Singapore-based financial consultancy, by keeping client policy records accurate, coordinating schedules, and being a professional first point of contact for clients and prospects. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Consolidate and maintain accurate client policy records and other holdings across the consultant team</li>
<li>&nbsp;Reach out to clients and prospects by phone/WhatsApp/email for client scheduling on behalf of FCs</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage and sync consultants’ calendars (Google/Apple Calendar), avoiding double-bookings and confirming appointments on time</li>
<li>&nbsp;Send reminders to FCs and clients on outstanding tasks, upcoming appointments, and follow-ups</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track outreach and appointment status in a CRM/tracker (e.g. HubSpot), flagging stalled leads or overdue follow-ups</li>
<li>&nbsp;Liaise professionally with clients to confirm details and reschedule as needed</li>
<li>&nbsp;Conduct research and prepare presentation materials for client meetings</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support ad-hoc admin requests from the team lead and FCs</li>
<li>&nbsp;Edit and prepare social media content</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Fresh graduate, age 21 and above</li>
<li>&nbsp;Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Contactable by phone and Zoom during working hours</li>
<li>&nbsp;Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace</li>
</ul>
Preferred (not required)
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Finance-related internship or coursework</li>
<li>&nbsp;Marketing or administrative experience</li>
</ul>
