F&B Assistant – Job Scope

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
   
• Take customer orders accurately.
   
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
   
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
   

2. Food & Beverage Operations

• Prepare and set up dining areas (table settings, cutlery, condiments).
   
• Assist in food preparation or plating (if required).
   
• Ensure food is served according to company standards.
   
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness.
   

3. Cashier & POS Duties

• Handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet).
   
• Open and close cash register.
   
• Issue receipts and manage simple accounting for daily sales.
   

4. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
   
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area, kitchen, and service counter.
   
• Ensure safe handling and storage of food items.
   

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels (drinks, utensils, ingredients).
   
• Assist in stock taking and replenishing supplies.
   
• Inform supervisors when items are running low.
   

6. Team Support

• Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
   
• Assist in training new staff (if experienced).
   
• Support during peak hours or events.
   

7. Administrative / Additional Tasks

• Assist with reservations and seating arrangements.
   
• Prepare simple reports (daily sales, wastage, etc.).
   
• Follow company SOPs and guidelines.

Kelayakan:

•  Pengalaman dalam Service/ Kitchen atau F&B (Minimum 1 tahun)

•  Terbuka kepada Lelaki atau Perempuan
