The Solution Consultants will be the focal point for clients for projects implementation
and understanding their key requirements and specifications to full cycle project
implementation. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Initiate system requirement gathering and perform the necessary analysis</li>
<li>Connect with client to understand the scope of project, understand their workflow, system specifications and processes</li>
<li>Advise customer on process flow and technology updates</li>
<li>Identify and perform gap analysis</li>
<li>Perform data transformation and migration</li>
<li>Conduct system training for end user</li>
<li>Provide business application support to customer</li>
<li>Consult customer on system functionality and change request</li>
<li>Reporting directly to Project Manager to provide update on plan, progress, and results.</li>
