MDMT Ballroom KL is Malaysia’s largest education ballroom, located in Datum Jelatek Mall, KL. We specialize in hosting corporate training, educational seminars, business summits, launching and premium events.
We are looking for an experienced Ballroom Manager to lead our sales, marketing, and operations. If you have expertise in event management, sales, and client relations, and experience in corporate events, education conferences, or banquets, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities
✅ Sales &amp; Marketing
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings for corporate training, education seminars, and business events
* Identify and acquire new clients, including corporate companies, training providers, and event organizers
* Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, networking events, and industry collaborations
* Handle client inquiries, provide tailored event solutions, and secure event bookings
✅ Operations &amp; Venue Management
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all events
* Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, event planners) and external vendors
* Ensure the ballroom facilities and equipment are well-maintained and ready for high-end events
✅ Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and VIP guests
* Gather market feedback to improve services and enhance customer experience
