Job Title: Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support both personal and household matters, while also assisting a Korean CEO with day-to-day tasks. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Driving &amp; Transport Duties
<ul>
<li>Must be able to drive a Mercedes Vito comfortably and confidently.</li>
<li>Safely drive the employer and family members to appointments, errands, and other destinations.</li>
<li>Ensure the vehicle is regularly maintained, cleaned, and in good condition.</li>
</ul>
Household &amp; Office Upkeep
<ul>
<li>Assist with dishes, tidying the house and office, and ensuring work and living spaces remain clean and organized.</li>
<li>Monitor household supplies and restock when needed.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Manage office filing, documentation, and simple recordkeeping.</li>
</ul>
Errand Running
<ul>
<li>Handle various personal and household errands such as grocery shopping, parcel pick-ups, and bank runs.</li>
</ul>
Household &amp; Property Management
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee external service providers, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Cleaners</li>
<li>Pool maintenance</li>
<li>Air conditioning servicing</li>
<li>General home repairs and renovations</li>
</ul>
</ul>
Event &amp; Party Planning
<ul>
<li>Assist in organizing private events and gatherings.</li>

Supervising &amp; Transporting Children

<li>Assist with occasional supervising of children when needed.</li>
<li>Drive children to and from school or activities as required.</li>

Petty Cash &amp; Payments
