As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll administration, training coordination, and HR systems.
This internship is ideal for students looking to build a career in Human Resources.

<li>Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is properly filed and updated.</li>
<li>Support attendance, leave, and HR system administration.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating training programmes, staff engagement activities, and company events.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports, presentations, and administrative documents.</li>
<li>Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and employee information.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various departments on HR-related matters.</li>
<li>Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li>
