What You'll Do

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Support attendance, leave, and HR system administration.
  • Assist in coordinating training programmes, staff engagement activities, and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
  • Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and employee information.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with various departments on HR-related matters.
  • Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Business Administration
    • Business Management
    • Psychology
    • Industrial Relations
    • Or any related discipline.
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
