<li>Conduct literature reviews on new product processing and plan the project accordingly.</li>
<li>Manage multiple R&amp;D projects in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Conduct production scale up trials and process optimization for production.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to solve production issues and attend customers enquiry accordingly.</li>
<li>Ensure a complete project documentation</li>
<li>Prepare drawing submissions to the Authorities</li>
<li>Update and change technical drawing (solidwork/invertor/Auto Cad), Bill Of Material</li>
<li>To cost, design and prepare quotation/ proposal</li>
<li>Provide supports in studying and reviewing customer requirements, including preliminary feasibility studies, customer enquiries and product costing</li>
<li>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
