Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Manager of R&amp;D. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our R&amp;D department.

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for the R&amp;D department, including setting yearly goals and establishing a roadmap for achieving them. Demonstrated problem-solving skills are essential for this aspect of the role.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stay abreast of technological advancements and market trends, particularly in large-scale environments such as cloud computing, drawing insights from industry leaders like Grab, to inform decision-making processes within the R&amp;D team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrate adept management psychology to foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that team members are motivated and aligned with the department's objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain oversight of R&amp;D department processes, ensuring that all workflows are on-track and properly documented to facilitate efficiency and accountability.&nbsp;</li>
