<li>Support the Production Lead in daily pastry and baked goods production.</li>
<li>Execute production according to standardized recipes, quality standards, and production schedule.</li>
<li>Assist in scaling recipes and preparing doughs, fillings, glazes, and finishes.</li>
<li>Monitor baking processes and perform basic quality checks for consistency.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the pastry production area.</li>
<li>Ensure correct use, cleaning, and storage of kitchen equipment.</li>
<li>Comply with hygiene, sanitation, and Halal requirements at all times.</li>
<li>Assist with ingredient receiving, storage, inventory control, and stock rotation (FIFO).</li>
<li>Support packaging, labeling, and order preparation for dispatch.</li>
<li>Provide basic on-the-job guidance and training to interns.</li>
<li>Support daily briefings, task delegation, and workflow coordination.</li>
<li>Report operational issues, shortages, or quality concerns to the Production Lead.</li>
<li>Participate in hygiene audits and maintain cleanliness standards.</li>
<li>Record production quantities and wastage as required.</li>
<li>Suggest improvements to workflow, organization, or efficiency.</li>
</ul>
