<p><strong>The Role</strong> <br></p>
<p>The Treasury Operations &amp; Processing Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational and risk management processes to successfully conduct the operations of MoneyMatch across all products are complied with in an effective and efficient manner. The Associate will be working very closely with various departments and management to help create and implement various operational protocols, as well as automating and improving risk management measures. This highly dynamic role will also provide opportunities to the Associate to explore and learn treasury operations, foreign exchange portfolio management and data analytics.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Execution of the entire operational process flow whilst working closely with the Compliance team and the Technology team on the creation of, and improvement of automated back end processing algorithms&nbsp;</li>
<li>Providing support to the Business Development team for back-to-back FX Treasury quoting for higher-value customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adherence to treasury management protocols to handle internal variance-at-risk limits along with monitoring systems for fraud prevention&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Secondary Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintenance of various management reports on a real-time basis and working with management and the in-house programmers on continuous efficiency improvement efforts&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting management with creation &amp; refinement of the standard operating procedures for operations &amp; risk management across all products&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting management with related administrative and general requirements of the business as and when required (we’re a fast scaling startup so everyone chips in for anything and everything!)&nbsp;</li>
