Job Description

• Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, ensuring IT follows Malaysian laws. Handle job ads, interviews, and offer letters.
• HR Records: Keep employee records up-to-date, includes changes in salary and job positions.
• Payroll and Benefits: Handle monthly payroll, following local laws for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and taxes. Manage employee benefits according to Malaysian regulations.
• Performance: Oversee performance reviews to meet the organization's standards.
• Workplace Culture: Foster a supportive and positive work environment. Encourage teamwork and handle conflicts to keep good relations among staff.
• Office Management: Look after the office's daily operations, ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-kept for productivity and safety.
• Company Events: Organize events like annual dinners and company trips to build team spirit and celebrate company milestones.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on various tasks as needed as required by supervisor / upper management to support the team and meet the company's goals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM Grads or equivalent
• Minimum 1 Year of Workign Experience in HR fields
• Well-versed in labor law
• Good command and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of EPF System
