<h2>Position Summary</h2>
<p>We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented <strong>HR &amp; Accounts Administrator</strong> to support the daily operations of our Human Resources, Finance, and Administration functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn across multiple business functions.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Human Resources</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.</li>
<li>Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.</li>
<li>Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee claims.</li>
<li>Support payroll preparation, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory submissions.</li>
<li>Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training, and company events.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Accounts</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims.</li>
<li>Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.</li>
<li>Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external service providers when required.</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and finance-related administrative tasks.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Administration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage office administration and maintain organised filing systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and general enquiries.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company documents.</li>
<li>Support other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
