We constantly grow and put a strong focus on development both general and individual. Within the Supply Chain we run Order Management, Delivery Management, Customer Master Data, Order Scheduling, Repair, Shipping, Demand and Supply Planning team. Not only do we support other departments but also each other by being there for people in the moments that matter<h2> Job Description</h2><ul><li>Seamless execution from order, book to ship through working closely with internal cross functional teams. (Sales, Finance, Product and Fulfillment center)</li><li>Process orders with correct documents in compliance with policies and procedures.</li><li>Be the single point of contact for customers on their orders and inquiries thorough email and chat.</li><li>Handling inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information as requested.</li><li>Review scheduled ship date for each orders and provide ship commit to customer upon request.</li><li>Attend weekly business meeting and provide info on shippable orders for the month.</li><li>Assigned serial numbers to orders prior to shipments.
