Executive Leadership Opportunity 

Location: Klang Valley

Reports To: CEO

The Opportunity: Drive Our Brand, Define Our Growth

Tasty Chapathi is a rapidly expanding North Indian restaurant group in Malaysia with five successful branches and aggressive plans for further expansion. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Outlet Operations to be the operational heartbeat and brand custodian across all locations. This role is critical for standardizing our exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring brand image consistency across the entire chain.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Outlet Operations will manage the core business functions of the restaurants:

 Focus Area

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Sales & P&L Management

Own the overall financial health of all branches. Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer spend, analyze sales trends, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

 

Operational Standardization

Develop, implement, and rigorously audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house service, cash handling, and overall restaurant flow, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and consistency.

 

Brand & Customer Experience

Establish and enforce exceptional service standards. Oversee reputation management (online reviews, social media feedback), and ensure every outlet maintains the brand's premium ambiance and cleanliness standards.

 

Leadership & Team Development

Directly coach, mentor, and evaluate the performance of all five Branch Managers. Implement comprehensive staff training programs covering service protocols, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.


Job Requirements

  

Qualifications & Experience

● Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit F&B or restaurant operations management, with at least 3 years at a Regional Manager or Operations Director level.

● Proven track record of managing multi-site P&L statements and delivering against aggressive sales and efficiency KPIs.

● Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS data analysis and reporting.
  

● Familiarity with the Malaysian F&B market and appreciation for North Indian cuisine is highly advantageous.
