Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Building and maintaining good business partnership with brand market leader/suppliers via right wiring &amp; business strategy alignment to maximize sales support.</li><li>Driving the other operating income.</li><li>Directs team in developing product assortments &amp; type of services that support the needs or retail stores operation and achieving space optimization &amp; sales efficiency.</li><li>Overall pricing strategy of the products.</li><li>Developing monthly &amp; seasonal promotion plan to support retail stores &amp; marketing campaign.</li><li>Evaluating product performance and managing the optimum rationalization plan to ensure healthy level of items at the store level.</li><li>Monitoring category sales performance through in-depth analysis on weekly reporting, monthly report &amp; KPI biweekly review meeting.</li><li>Analyzing company sales performance against the total industry and updating competitors market information.</li><li>Overseeing new stores expansion planning, new store concept, store revamp, store layout creation &amp; cluster identity for store turnaround project.</li><li>Work together with Operation &amp; Marketing to ensure the best store merchandising practise by setting the guidelines &amp; execution of clean store policy.</li><li>Ensuring the full compliance of the department SOP.</li><li>Fostering teamwork and strong collaboration between retail and other departments.</li></ul>
