Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to lead our sales force, build strong customer relationships, and grow YHPL’s presence across Modern Trade, General Trade, and HoReCa channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable plans, coach a developing sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction and ensuring seamless execution from strategy to field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy &amp; Market Execution
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and company sales targets.</li>
<li>Plan and activate sales initiatives that drive distribution, visibility, and volume growth.</li>
<li>Revive inactive accounts, identify market gaps, and penetrate new territories.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitors, and outlet-level performance to guide decisions.</li>
</ul>
Key Account &amp; Channel Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow business across Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, and other channels.</li>
<li>Lead annual business reviews, promotional planning, and trade term negotiations.</li>
<li>Oversee trade funds and ensure spending remains within budget.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.</li>
</ul>
Sales Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and evaluate Sales Executives and Merchandisers.</li>
<li>Conduct joint field visits to monitor performance and support trade execution.</li>
<li>Implement clear KPIs, structured follow-ups, and accountability frameworks.</li>
<li>Build a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.</li>
</ul>
Operational &amp; Financial Excellence
<ul>
<li>Work closely with logistics and supply chain to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Monitor territory performance, payment collections, and aging reports.</li>
<li>Support finance and branches in resolving disputes, outstanding payments, and claims.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer information and ensure proper documentation across the sales team.</li>
</ul>
