 Operations & Management

·       Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing operations.

·       Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.

·       Manage stock control, including ordering, receiving, and inventory checks.

Customer Service

·       Handle customer feedbacks and complaints professionally.

·       Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and efficient service environment.

Sales & Reporting

·       Monitor daily sales and expenses.

·       Prepare daily and monthly financial documents for reporting to the Management.

Team Leadership

·       Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance.

·       Maintain crew scheduling.

·       Train and coach crew members on product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.

·       Resolve staff conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

Marketing and Promotion

·       Involve in social media promotion, including Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu for the outlet.

·       Handle social media postings and online promotional activities.

·       Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs), Tiktokers, YouTubers, etc.
