We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Sales Executive cum Technician. This hybrid role combines customer-focused sales with basic technical support and servicing for electric vehicles (EV).

🛵 Sales &amp; Customer Service&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Promote and sell electric bikes/scooters to walk-in and online customers&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Provide product knowledge, test ride guidance &amp; after-sales support&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Assist in preparing sales documents and follow-up on leads

🔧 Technical &amp; Servicing&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Perform basic troubleshooting and servicing of EV bikes&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Assist in vehicle preparation, battery checks &amp; diagnostics&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Coordinate with technical team for repairs or parts replacement&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Ensure all display units and rental bikes are in good condition

🗓 Others&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the showroom/workshop&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Support rental operations when needed&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Willing to work weekends &amp; public holidays (off-day by rotation)&nbsp;&nbsp;
