Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Sales Executive cum Technician. This hybrid role combines customer-focused sales with basic technical support and servicing for electric vehicles (EV).

🛵 Sales & Customer Service  

- Promote and sell electric bikes/scooters to walk-in and online customers  

- Provide product knowledge, test ride guidance & after-sales support  

- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms  

- Assist in preparing sales documents and follow-up on leads

🔧 Technical & Servicing  

- Perform basic troubleshooting and servicing of EV bikes  

- Assist in vehicle preparation, battery checks & diagnostics  

- Coordinate with technical team for repairs or parts replacement  

- Ensure all display units and rental bikes are in good condition

🗓 Others  

- Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the showroom/workshop  

- Support rental operations when needed  

- Willing to work weekends & public holidays (off-day by rotation)  

Job Requirements

✅ Minimum SPM 

✅ Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage  

✅ Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) or willingness to learn technical aspects  

✅ Able to perform basic troubleshooting, servicing & product demonstration  

✅ Good communication skills in BM & English  

✅ Pleasant personality, confident, and team player  

✅ Possess own transport and willing to travel if required  

✅ Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off-day by rotation)  

Bonus Skills (Optional):  

•  Basic wiring/EV knowledge  
•  Experience in retail or workshop
