  A Day in the Life:

📅Driving Projects (Project Management)

• Collaborate with different departments to support business projects.
• Plan and manage project timelines, scope, and resources.
• Track progress to make sure everything stays on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure tasks are delivered smoothly and on time.

🖥️ Keeping Tech Running Smoothly (Infrastructure Management)

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of systems like networks, servers`, cybersecurity, and backups.
• Ensure everything is reliable, scalable, and secure to support the business.
• Be involved in audits, data privacy, and disaster recovery planning.

⚙️ Daily Ops & Support (Operational Management)

• Handle day-to-day IT operations across HQ and outlets nationwide.
• Monitor IT support tickets and ensure they’re resolved within SLA.
• Support with escalated tech issues and keep the team informed of progress and fixes.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and make sure processes follow company policies.
• Review and improve support processes regularly for better efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Around 1 year of hands-on experience in tech-related work—planning, managing, or supporting IT projects. Fresh grads with strong internship or project experience are welcome too!
• Basic understanding of local and cloud computing, servers, databases, networks, security, and data privacy.
• Comfortable with general IT support tasks like setting up PCs/laptops, managing access, CCTV, and network switches.
• Bonus if you’ve had exposure to F&B, led small projects, or used systems like POS, CRM, or loyalty apps.
• Knowing some scripting or SQL is a nice plus!
• A good mix of technical know-how and business sense is always a win.
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and can communicate clearly and confidently with all kinds of teams.
• Friendly, polite, and always ready to help – especially when it comes to customers.
• A team player who’s also able to work independently and take the lead when needed.
• Stays calm under pressure, can handle tight deadlines, and isn’t afraid of a fast-moving environment.
• Keen to improve how things work and make the customer experience even better.
• Comfortable writing and speaking in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•  This is a 1-year contract position, with the opportunity for renewal based on performance.
