Our Mission & Vision

As an HR &amp; Admin Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s human resources and administrative operations. You'll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy updates, performance tracking, and assist with office management and company events. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the e-invoicing process in compliance with Malaysia's regulatory requirements. This is a role for someone organized, people-focused, and proactive in shaping a positive workplace culture. &nbsp;

<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Review, update, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.</li>
<li>Prepare HR documentation: appointment letters, confirmations, disciplinary letters, etc.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations and support disciplinary and termination procedures in accordance with labor regulations.</li>
<li>Manage office administration: inventory, supplies, and maintenance coordination.</li>
<li>Organize and coordinate company events: birthdays, annual dinners, team-building, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor and support employee performance tracking and development plans. (motivation purposes)</li>
<li>Manage the e-invoicing process in compliance with Malaysia's regulatory requirements (training will be provided).</li>
<li>Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.</li>
