The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for managing and executing payroll functions, staff claims, and employer relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role also supports HR administration contributing to smooth and efficient HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.</li>
<li>Maintain payroll records, employee earnings, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.</li>
<li>Handle payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
Staff Claims &amp; Benefits Administration
<ul>
<li>Review and process staff claims, including travel, medical, and miscellaneous expenses.</li>
<li>Ensure all claims comply with company policies and approval workflows.</li>
<li>Maintain claim records and generate reports for finance reconciliation.</li>
</ul>
Employee Relations (ER)
<ul>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.</li>
<li>Assist in handling disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Support HR in organizing engagement programs to enhance employee morale.</li>
</ul>
HR Administration
<ul>
<li>Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents.</li>
<li>Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Support HR policies, compliance audits, and document control.</li>
<li>Assist in HR reporting and analysis.</li>
