🔑 Your Responsibilities:

• HR Processes: Oversee payroll, recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee relations.
• Professional Correspondence: Craft and manage professional letters and documentation for HR needs.
• Employee Management: Handle disciplinary actions in a professional and compliant manner.
• Compliance: Ensure employee records are up to date and align with regulatory requirements.
• Staff Engagement: Promote staff welfare and contribute to a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Flexibility to Travel: Travel for recruitment campaigns, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives when needed.

Job Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resource Administration or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll administration, recruitment, and employee management.
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting professional documents.
• Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
