Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned retail stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Arrange attractive product displays in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Track competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to provide market insights.
• Ensure timely placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional stands, and marketing collaterals.
• Conduct store visits to audit product placement, shelf share, and compliance with promotional plans.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute trade marketing strategies effectively.
• Provide regular reports on stock movement, sales performance, and merchandising activities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the FMCG industry (experience in health, hygiene, or personal care products is a plus).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with retailers and internal teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
