Job Description

  • Maintain accurate store records, files, and documentation 
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports 
  • Handle invoices, delivery orders, and internal paperwork 
  • Ensure proper filing of licenses, permits, and compliance documents 
  • Update and monitor inventory records 
  • Coordinate stock receiving and documentation 
  • Assist with stock counts and audits
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports (sales, inventory,) 
  • Handle invoices, delivery orders, and purchase documents
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification
     
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems
     
  • Good organizational and time management skills
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
     
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
