Are you experienced in SME banking or financing advisory?
Do you enjoy building relationships, handling complex cases, and closing high-value deals?
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Consultant to support our growing SME financing business.
📌 Position: Senior Consultant – SME Financing
📍 Location: Subang Jaya
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and advise SME clients on suitable financing solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and bankers.
- Handle higher-value and more complex financing cases.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and documentation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets with attractive incentives.
What You’ll Get:

Job Requirements
We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking, relationship management, or B2B sales
✔ Strong understanding of SME financing and credit processes
✔ Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills
✔ Independent, proactive, and results-driven
✔ Proficient in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
✔ Malaysian citizens only
