<li>Directly contribute to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in alignment with country targets</li>
<li>Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures</li>
<li>Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business</li>
<li>Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits</li>
<li>Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals</li>
<li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li>
<li>Maintain and expand customer base in the assigned territory</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business</li>
<li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager</li>
