<p><strong>Lead generation &amp; prospecting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct door-to-door prospecting at target businesses (F&amp;B, frozen/chilled food, pet food, etc.)</li>
<li>Perform cold calling to reach decision-makers and generate interest</li>
<li>Represent NinjaCold at industry events/expos to network and source leads</li>
<li>Carry out digital outreach (LinkedIn, email, DMs) to build awareness and book appointments</li>
<li>Generate 10-15 new leads per week across all outreach channels (field, phone, events, online)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Appointment setting &amp; pipeline support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualify leads, capture accurate contact details, and record business requirements</li>
<li>Set up appointments/meetings for senior sales representatives with decision-makers</li>
<li>Book 8-10 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>CRM data management &amp; reporting</strong></p>

<li>Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM/Google Sheets</li>
<li>Prepare weekly activity reports covering outreach and appointments booked</li>
