Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process and manage daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms
• System Administration: Accurately input all order data into AutoCount ERP accounting software
• Operations Coordination: Print and prepare picking lists for warehouse team
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service via platform messaging systems
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse team
• Platform Management: Monitor platform performance, promotions, and listing updates
• Report Generation: Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
• Quality Control: Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
Job Requirements
- Education: SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or customer service
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Experience with AutoCount or similar ERP/accounting software preferred
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer service
• Availability: Able to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: RM 2,200 - RM 2,800 (based on experience)
