Our Company Culture

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is client-focused, where you’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing content that drives engagement and results. You will handle end-to-end content production, from brainstorming ideas to shooting and editing videos, tracking performance, and optimizing content for better outcomes.
If you’ve got experience (or you’re a fresh grad with a killer content portfolio), know your way around CapCut, and aren’t afraid to step out of your comfort zone, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:
<h4>Content Creation &amp; Execution:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Be on camera to explain client product USPs—must be comfortable speaking in videos.</li>
<li>Plan, film, and edit TikTok videos with strong visual appeal.</li>
<li>Look for and book external talents when needed for shoots.</li>
<li>Ensure video content aligns with brand requirements and current TikTok trends.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Production &amp; Logistics:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and book shooting locations as needed.</li>
<li>Travel to on-site shooting locations—having your own transportation is a must.</li>
<li>Handle basic shooting equipment setup, moving props, and ensuring a smooth production process (requires physical stamina).</li>
</ul>
Strategy &amp; Optimization:
<ul>
<li>Research and propose creative TikTok content ideas.</li>
<li>Stay updated with TikTok trends and audience behavior to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.</li>
<li>Engage with audiences through comments, duets, and stitch content.</li>
</ul>
Content Management &amp; Performance Tracking
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms based on the content calendar.</li>
<li>Keep track of key performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and make data-driven recommendations to improve content strategy.</li>
<li>Prepare a monthly performance report with detailed insights and next steps for improvement.</li>
</ul>
Running Ads &amp; Boosting Content
<ul>
<li>Set up and manage ads for posted content, ensuring budget and targeting align with client goals.</li>
<li>Monitor ad performance, adjust as necessary, and report on results.</li>
</ul>
Client Communication &amp; Feedback
<ul>
<li>Regularly update clients on content progress and performance.</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality and engagement. </li>
