Job Description

  As an Ecommerce Administrator, you will be fully accountable for managing and maintaining the backend operations of our online stores and social media platforms. Your role is to handle product listings, update inventory and content, handle customer service, monitor affiliates and livestream performances, and ensure smooth order processing. 

Ecommerce Administration Executive

1. Store Management – Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on ecommerce platforms.
2. Events Announcements – Update events on IG, website, FB for event announcements
3. Campaign Executions – Ensure and monitor campaign implementation on ecommerce platforms
4. Sales Performance Monitoring– Monitor and analyze performance metrics of shops, affiliates and livestreamers for reporting to management
5. Affiliate Marketing – Manage affiliate marketing enquiries, applications, performance, and implementation
6. Stock Coordination – Track inventory levels and liaise with PIC for timely restocking.
7. Content Creation – Plan and edit posts and short-form videos where and when necessary.
8. Customer enquiries – Ensure that customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and all marketplaces are handled.
9. Service recovery – providing service recovery by liaising with management to resolve product and delivery issues or escalations. 
10. Brand awareness – Understand the brand and communicate it with customers, affiliates and on social media, as well as e-commerce platforms
11. Ad-hoc duties – perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.

Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

Detail-oriented: Highly meticulous and attentive to detail to maintain data accuracy.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in WooCommerce, Meta Commerce Manager, inventory and order management systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Canva. Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude. Be reliable, self-motivated, and creative in problem-solving.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, and coordinate effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
