Your role is to handle product listings, update inventory and content, handle customer service, monitor affiliates and livestream performances, and ensure smooth order processing.&nbsp;

<li>Store Management – Update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on ecommerce platforms.</li>
<li>Events Announcements – Update events on IG, website, FB for event announcements</li>
<li>Campaign Executions – Ensure and monitor campaign implementation on ecommerce platforms</li>
<li>Sales Performance Monitoring– Monitor and analyze performance metrics of shops, affiliates and livestreamers for reporting to management</li>
<li>Affiliate Marketing – Manage affiliate marketing enquiries, applications, performance, and implementation</li>
<li>Stock Coordination – Track inventory levels and liaise with PIC for timely restocking.</li>
<li>Content Creation – Plan and edit posts and short-form videos where and when necessary.</li>
<li>Customer enquiries – Ensure that customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and all marketplaces are handled.</li>
<li>Service recovery – providing service recovery by liaising with management to resolve product and delivery issues or escalations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Brand awareness – Understand the brand and communicate it with customers, affiliates and on social media, as well as e-commerce platforms</li>
<li>Ad-hoc duties – perform other ad hoc duties as assigned</li>
