Job Title: Ecomerce Customer Service Executive
Location: The MET, KL Metropolis, Kuala Lumpur (Near Mont Kiara)
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid, may be available after probation)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000+ per month (depending on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus after probation
Probation: 3 months
BLU341 is a premium ecommerce brand founded in Melbourne, specialising in protective luggage covers and travel accessories for RIMOWA. With operations in Kuala Lumpur, we support customers mainly in international markets and care deeply about quality, presentation, and customer experience.
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Executive to help us deliver thoughtful, polished, and reliable support to customers worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early team in Kuala Lumpur, working closely with a small group and helping build something distinctive in the market from an early stage.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
- Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, exchanges, replacements, and general product questions
- Handle customer issues calmly and professionally while protecting the BLU341 brand experience
- Coordinate with internal team members on order issues, fulfilment updates, and customer follow-ups
- Help improve customer support templates, workflows, and response quality over time
- Keep support records organised and up to date
- Flag recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to reduce friction
- Strong written and spoken English
- Friendly, polished, and professional communication style
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
- Customer-first mindset with strong common sense
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
- Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or DTC brands
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience
- Familiarity with tracking orders, courier issues, returns, and replacements
- Strong written communication that feels warm, clear, and premium

- Strong written and spoken English is essential
- 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, customer experience, or a related role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, clear, and professional tone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through reliably
- Calm under pressure and confident in handling customer issues professionally
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and digital tools for day-to-day work
- Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or direct-to-consumer brands is an advantage
- Able to commute to our office at The MET, KL Metropolis
