<li>Generate and manage customer invoices, credit notes, and other relevant documents in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to billing schedules and proper documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports and customer statements, proactively identifying overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure timely invoice requests.</li>
<li>Capture bank transactions and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of all invoices and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to the manager on collection delays, AR disputes, and propose solutions to expedite resolution.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, perform customer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>Support the manager in day-to-day financial operations.</li>
</ul>
