About the Role
OCC Design & Build is seeking a creative and client-focused Sales Designer to support our interior design and renovation projects. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing design solutions, and helping drive project sales from consultation to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with clients to understand design preferences and project requirements 
• Prepare design concepts, layout plans, and presentations to showcase solutions 
• Provide quotations and proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability 
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met 
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to close projects 
• Maintain client records and project documentation 
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed 
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry developments 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 
• 1–3 years experience in interior design sales or client-facing design role 
• Strong design sense with good visualization and presentation skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously 
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent) 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and client-oriented
