<li>Responsible in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.</li>
<li>Able to handle full set of accounts include accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>To perform financial analysis and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.</li>
<li>Handling transaction entry into the accounting system.</li>
<li>Verify all the AP and AR Invoices posting, staff expenses claims and payment transaction.</li>
<li>Manage month end and year end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Balance sheet Schedule.</li>
<li>To provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.</li>
<li>Prepare month end bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Prepare audit schedules and tax schedules.</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting &amp; variance analysis</li>
<li>Filing of documents.</li>
<li>Assist Finance HOD in any others ad-hoc task.</li>
<li>Recommended to the candidate with project accounting knowledge and experience.</li>
