<li>Notices &amp; Communication: Send notices to landlords and tenants regarding lease renewals, terminations, and other key matters.</li>
<li>Accounts &amp; Invoicing: Assist with invoice processing and payments to creditors and landlords, and provide basic bookkeeping support.</li>
<li>Client Communication: Answer incoming phone calls via VOIP, handle queries professionally, and redirect calls when necessary.</li>
<li>Team Support: Work closely with the property management and accounts teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.</li>
</ul>
