Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects 
• Create and suggest engaging content ideas for social media platforms 
• Support daily marketing operations across departments 
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain marketing records 
• Assist in the development of marketing materials (digital and print collaterals) 
• Coordinate project launches, roadshows, sales gallery setups, and promotional events 
• Support performance tracking and campaign reporting 
• Assist in social media marketing execution and basic content scheduling 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) 
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Willing to be based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur 
• Basic ability to edit photos and videos using mobile applications (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) 
• Creative mindset with interest in social media and digital marketing 
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
