<li>Localize product training materials, sales skills courses, product comparison content, and other product-related materials.</li>
<li>Develop a variety of learning materials, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals, to enhance the capabilities of Sales Representatives.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.</li>
<li>Create, design, and deliver internal communication content according to the schedule.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.</li>
<li>Ensure internal communications are consistent across all mediums and departments.</li>
</ul>
