Job Description

 Job Summary

Responsible for managing product training programs by assessing needs, creating and delivering training development plans, and coordinating internal communication activities to ensure all messages are effectively conveyed and up to date for the workforce.

Job Description

  • Plan, design, and implement training programs, including orientation, product knowledge, technical skills, customer service, and selling skills.
  • Localize product training materials, sales skills courses, product comparison content, and other product-related materials.
  • Develop a variety of learning materials, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals, to enhance the capabilities of Sales Representatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Create, design, and deliver internal communication content according to the schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Ensure internal communications are consistent across all mediums and departments.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant work experience of 1–2 years is a plus.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach employees effectively.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
