Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People &amp; Culture Executive with a strong focus on Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) to support employee training initiatives, performance management processes, and HRDF-related matters. This role plays a key part in coordinating training programs, managing HRDF claims, supporting performance management administration and assisting employer branding activities to enhance employee engagement and talent attraction.
Key Responsibilities
Learning &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives</li>
<li>Manage HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) processes, including grant applications, claims submission, documentation, and compliance</li>
<li>Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, and learning reports</li>
<li>Liaise with training providers, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities</li>
<li>Support training needs analysis and assist in planning annual training calendars</li>
<li>Prepare training-related reports and track training effectiveness</li>
</ul>
Performance Management
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support for the annual performance management cycle, including target setting at the beginning of the year, mid-year reviews (June/July), and year-end appraisals (December–January)</li>
<li>Coordinate timelines, communications, and documentation related to performance reviews</li>
<li>Maintain and update performance management records, forms, and databases</li>
<li>Support managers and employees on performance management processes and deadlines</li>
<li>Assist in compiling performance reports and basic analytics for HR and management review</li>
<li>Support HR in analysing performance results to identify training needs, high performers, and improvement areas.</li>
</ul>
Employer Branding
<ul>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing activities</li>
<li>Assist in creating and coordinating employer branding content (e.g. social media posts, internal announcements, employee activities)</li>
<li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance employer brand visibility</li>
<li>Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives</li>
</ul>
HR Administration
<ul>
<li>Provide general HR administrative support, including employee records, documentation, and HR data maintenance</li>
<li>Ensure HR documentation is properly filed and maintained in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements</li>
</ul>
