Job Description
<ul>
<li>Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc</li>
<li>Develop and localized training material according to company strategies</li>
<li>Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date</li>
<li>Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative</li>
<li>Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI</li>
<li>Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs</li>
<li>Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance</li>
<li>Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative</li>

<h2><ins>Sales Representative</ins></h2>
Job Description

<li>Prepare and report data on sales and competitors</li>
<li>Follow up closely on monthly sales target</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable about the product</li>
<li>Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion</li>
<li>Emphasize the features of products to highlight</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors</li>
<li>Understand and propose monthly promotions to prospective retail store to help them generate high sales volume in order to achieve personal targets and company target</li>

Job Description
Stock Management: -
<ul>
<li>Responsible for assisting dealers in-stock purchase and monitoring progress of orders</li>
<li>Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations</li>
<li>Assist in returning any defective or expired stocks in each outlet</li>
</ul>
Outlet Management: -
<ul>
<li>Assist in new and existing outlet setting up and remodeling</li>
<li>Support on visual merchandisers in installing and setting up promotional materials and displays</li>
<li>Ensure outlets are in compliance with policies and procedures at all times and reports any concerns to superior</li>
</ul>
Dealer Management: -
<ul>
<li>Assist in sending OPPO product to Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with dealers regarding new or existing dealers’ programs</li>
<li>Maintain good relationships with dealers by attending dealers’ inquiries and complaints promptly</li>
</ul>
Sales Management: -
<ul>
