Founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2024, Oranje Tulip is a premium Dutch snack brand specializing in fresh stroopwafels, offering a modern twist on this traditional treat. Crafted with high-quality ingredients and innovative toppings, we position ourselves as a trendy, ‘affordable luxury’ snack, appealing to dessert lovers, tourists, and trendsetters alike. Being the first store of its kind in Malaysia, we take pride in creating some of the best stroopwafels in the world, especially outside of the Netherlands! A stroopwafel (‘syrup waffle’ in Dutch) is a traditional Dutch cookie filled with a special caramel filling. Considered one of the most beloved Dutch treats, stroopwafels have gained worldwide popularity and we are delighted to be the very first to offer them freshly made in Malaysia. At Oranje Tulip, we offer our freshly-made stroopwafels with a choice of multiple fillings and a variety of mouthwatering toppings, ensuring our customers enjoy a wholesome and fresh stroopwafel experience.&nbsp;

Newly launched in 2024, we’re now looking for someone who can help us expand our reach, deepen our connection with customers, and keep us at the forefront of the F&amp;B scene.
<h2>Position Overview</h2>
As our Brand &amp; Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of all things marketing, from social media strategy to seasonal campaigns, analytics, and creative ideation. You’ll be our brand’s voice and champion, crafting marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive business growth.
<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>

<li>Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning:</li>

<li>Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li>
<li>Own the annual and seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns align with key holidays, product launches, and business goals.</li>
<li>Innovate with fresh ideas for promotions, partnerships, and in-store events to keep customers engaged.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Social Media &amp; Content Creation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others) with on-trend, engaging content.</li>
<li>Create or oversee the production of visual content (photos, graphics, videos) that aligns with our brand aesthetic.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other content creators or KOLs to create impactful content for our brand. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Analytics &amp; Reporting:</li>
<ul>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (social media insights, website traffic, sales conversions) to measure campaign success.</li>
<li>Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.</li>
<li>Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Creative Direction &amp; Campaign Development:</li>
<ul>
<li>Lead the ideation and execution of creative campaigns that reflect our brand’s personality and resonate with our target audience.</li>
<li>Brainstorm new ways to elevate the brand and introduce product launches, collaborations, and promotions.</li>
<li>Coordinate marketing activities (in-store events, collaborations, partnerships).</li>
<li>Design simple, compelling creatives (using tools like Canva or Adobe) or work with freelance designers for more complex projects. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Customer Engagement &amp; Brand Experience:</li>
<ul>
<li>Champion our brand voice, ensuring consistency in all customer-facing content and communications.</li>
<li>Engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely, on-brand manner.</li>
<li>Foster strong customer relationships and build brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.</li>
