Responsibilities:

<li>Respond to and resolve IT-related issues submitted via phone, chat, or email.</li>
<li>Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system problems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.</li>
<li>Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed.</li>
<li>Document incidents, solutions, and workflows accurately in the ticketing system.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new employees with system access and IT setups.</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring user satisfaction.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and support.</li>
</ul>
