<h3>Job description</h3>
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented and impact-oriented Projects Associate! In this role, you will gain insight into the intricacies of running a brain-based training institution with the purpose of igniting human potential in the AI era. Otti serves corporate and government clients, training leaders and talents to be skillful and confident in AI. This role ranges from the operations of handling project communication to organising training setup. We are at the beginning of our journey of growing our impact – there are plenty of opportunities to innovate, learn, and apply your talents. You will be working within a tight-knit group of youths driven by our social mission.

<h3>Job Scope</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supporting project communication from end-to-end for updates and alignments, including email and message communication with partner clients</li>
<li>Organising the training preparation and setup, including communicating with learners, setting up at the training venue</li>
<li>Planning and implementing community event, working with the team to organise lifelong learning events such as webinars, and socials such as celebrations and outings</li>
<li>Review and preparation of simple official documents, such as confirmation letters, offer letters, collaboration letters etc.</li>
<li>Lead / support ad-hoc initiatives to flexibly adapt to the needs of our fast-paced, early stage business</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS
Language / skills
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills - command of English (spoken and written) &amp; BM (preferred), ability to build strong relationships and support partner clients</li>
<li>Strong organising and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Above average desktop/computer skills with experience in Spreadsheet, &amp; Docs, and ability to communicate effectively through digital channels (email, online messaging, video calls)</li>
<li>Ability to learn fast; agility to adapt to different responsibilities</li>
</ul>
Experience / qualifications
<ul>
<li>[Preferred] Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup-like environment</li>
<li>[Preferred] Minimum 1-2 years of working experience</li>
<li>Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate)</li>
</ul>
