Phase 1: Build a Strong Foundation in Sales & Operations

• Oversee 5-10 store outlets and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs and operational performance.
• Lead and support a team of promoters - scheduling, hiring and training.
• Maintain strong relationships with store buyers and promoter.
• Implement standard operating procedures and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Support execution of promotions, campaigns, and in-store marketing.
• Bridge communication between HQ and stores for seamless execution.
  

Phase 2: Grow into a Future Sales Leader

• Take on managerial responsibilities in sales planning and performance management.
• Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, HR, and Supply Chain departments.
• Develop strategic sales plans and evaluate real-time store conditions to drive performance.
• Share best practices, motivate teams, and align operations with company goals.
• Prepare for key account involvement, including buyer negotiation and business development.

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field or sales and operations experience (fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa . Knowledge of the Chinese language is an added advantage for potential cross-border interaction.
• Leadership potential - proven through team, project, or extracurricular experience
• Sales-driven mindset with strong problem - solving and analytical thinking
• People-oriented and team player - build trust and drive collaboration
• Adaptable & proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to relocate across regions (Penang, Perak, Malacca, Johor, East Coast, Sabah, Sarawak and etc).
• Willing to work weekends (5-day workweek).

Salary Range:

This position offers a salary of approximately RM3,000 - RM3,500 plus allowance and commission.
