Job Description of Account Executive – Hotel Operations
<ul>
<li>Able to handle a full set of accounts i.e AR, AP, and Petty Cash Flow</li>
<li>Must be able to work closely with other sections to ensure adherence to financial reporting policies, internal controls, and other statutory regulations and accounting standards</li>
<li>Track, update, and distribute the daily census report</li>
</ul>
·         Resolve day-to-day administrative issues while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
·         Oversee and maintain accurate resident and sales information in the lead management system.
·         Ensure the smooth collection of fees and maintain financial records
·         Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and requests from residents.
·         Ensure proper recording, documentation, and filing of all accounting transactions

<li>Liaise with suppliers on invoices and payments</li>
